To celebrate Día de Muertos, every year in October and November we have an altar and offer classes to make sugar skulls, a delicious and traditional souvenir. In December, we prepare ponche, a traditional drink that’s part of every Christmas posada. We also bake delicious vegan buñuelos for our guests, and teach them how to make our grandmother’s Christmas cookies.
